By pressing « I accept», you consent to the processing of your personal data on the terms set out below in accordance with Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 94-V "On Personal Data and Their Protection" dated 21 May 2013.

1. Operator

the owner of the service (details are shown on the transfer receipt). Contact: @azatmss.

2. What Data Is Processed

• Telegram ID, login (@username) and the name from the Telegram profile;
• filter settings (sectors, regions, keywords, amount) and tenders saved in « Favorites»;
• history of notifications sent;
• information about the subscription and payments: tariff, amount, dates, payment code, the receipt submitted;
• requests for additional services: the task description and contact details provided by the User;
• correspondence with the bot to the extent necessary for its operation.

3. Purposes

Provision of the service under the offer, accounting for payments, user support, protection against abuse (including repeated trial periods).

4. Storage

4.1. The bot's database is stored on a server located in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4.2. Messages are transmitted via the Telegram messenger, whose servers are located outside Kazakhstan. By using the bot, you consent to such cross-border transfer to the extent necessary for the operation of the messenger.
4.3. Database backups are stored in encrypted form (AES-256) in a private Telegram channel accessible only to the operator.
4.4. Retention periods: data is stored for as long as you use the bot; notification history for 90 days; backups for as long as the service operates; payment information for the period established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

5. Transfer to Third Parties

Data is not sold and is not transferred to third parties, except in cases provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

6. Protection

Only the service administrators have access to the data. The database is not accessible from the internet.

7. Your Rights

You may find out what data about you is stored, demand that it be corrected or deleted, and withdraw your consent:
• the « Delete my data» button in the « How to use» section deletes filters, favourites, service requests and notification history;
• or by contacting support (@azatmss).
After deletion, the Telegram ID, payment information and the record of the used trial period are retained, as they are required for accounting and protection against abuse.
