Enter the procurement value, your price and your costs — the calculator shows the net profit and the lowest price below which the tender loses money. All figures are yours: the calculator only does the maths.
How the calculator works
All amounts exclude VAT. Since 2026 public procurement plans are drawn up without VAT, and VAT terms are
fixed in the contract (Ministry of Finance clarification); the VAT rate is 16%. If you are not a VAT payer, enter your
cost including the VAT you pay to your suppliers: you cannot reclaim it.
Tax. The simplified declaration is a percentage of revenue: the base rate is 4%, and the regional maslikhat
may set it between 2% and 6% — check the rate for your region. Under the standard regime it is a percentage of profit
at your rate.
Security. Bid security is returned after the results. Contract security is locked up for the performance
and payment period; if you provide it as a bank guarantee, enter the bank's fee and the calculator will cost it. With a
dumping price, the amount below the threshold is added to the contract security.
Working capital. If you buy the goods on credit, enter the interest rate: the calculator adds interest for
the performance period and the wait for payment. Under the Public Procurement Rules payment is due within 30 calendar
days, and within 10 working days for suppliers in the KTP register.
Break-even price is the lowest price at which nothing is left after all costs and tax.
